Will pressure washing damage my driveway or deck?
Not when it’s done right. We match pressure and technique to each surface and use low-pressure soft washing on anything delicate — wood, composite, painted surfaces. The goal is clean, never carved.
Can you get moss and algae off concrete?
Yes. Moss, algae, and the green-black film that builds up in our climate come off concrete and pavers cleanly. For surfaces that re-grow quickly, we can recommend a treatment to slow it down.
Do you pressure wash roofs?
Not with high pressure — that destroys shingles and tiles. Roofs and other delicate surfaces get low-pressure soft washing instead. See our Soft Washing service.
